Our app has been built to help team members join together to support each other, work more effectively and get the most out of their careers.



The Etho app combines three elements to ensure engagement across the whole team:



A check-in to work

Designed to function as a building register and team coordination tool for offsite workers, this essential component provides a practical, daily reason to use the app.



The check-in function also has the added benefit of fulfilling CQC and fire safety requirements.



A check-in on Health & Wellbeing

‘How are you?’ This simple question empowers staff, makes them feel valued and allows them a moment of reflection. The app provides a safe, anonymous space to answer this question. It allows for honest, candid responses.



Timely access to support

A run of negative check-in scores triggers an alert that a staff member may require support.

This allows team-based Health & Wellbeing Champions to act early.



Individuals also receive signposting to relevant resources from a specially selected library, filtered for their role and location.
